We highly recommend them!
"We are incredibly glad we called Rooter Pro after using Ben Franklin for years. Not only were their prices considerably lower, an actual person (not a service or machine) answered the phone after hours and on the weekend. That was a huge plus for me. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We had an issue that has been “fixed” by the idiots at Ben Franklin 4 times over the years and Carl was able to find the problem, get additional parts from the hardware store, and fix it THE RIGHT WAY in just a few short hours. We highly recommend them!"
