"Outstanding Company. Bryan and Matthew came out within an our of my call. My drain was clogged and flooding in my basement....They got her, found the clean out and fixed the issue. Reasonable and professional!!! The lady that answered the phone was pleasant and professional. I can not say enough good things about this company!!"

"We are incredibly glad we called Rooter Pro after using Ben Franklin for years. Not only were their prices considerably lower, an actual person (not a service or machine) answered the phone after hours and on the weekend. That was a huge plus for me. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We had an issue that has been “fixed” by the idiots at Ben Franklin 4 times over the years and Carl was able to find the problem, get additional parts from the hardware store, and fix it THE RIGHT WAY in just a few short hours. We highly recommend them!"
